In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "zd777", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the zd777 platform accessible at https://zd777.bio, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" means the zd777 website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, features, and content made available by zd777.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the zd777 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the zd777 Platform, identified by the Player's registered mobile number or username.
• "Funds" means the PKR balance held in a Player's zd777 Account, comprising deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus amounts separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by zd777 under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before becoming eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by zd777 to confirm a Player's eligibility prior to activating full account functionality.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country, region, or jurisdiction in which accessing the zd777 Platform or placing bets via the Platform would violate applicable local law.

By accessing the zd777 Platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zd777 Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as published.

Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and permanently closed, and all funds held in that account will be forfeited.

3.2 Eligibility to Contract. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence and that doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) Account on the zd777 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. zd777 reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual where duplicate accounts are identified, and to void all bets and forfeit balances pending investigation.

3.4 KYC Verification. zd777 may request identity documents — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC and proof of address — as part of the KYC process. Provision of false, misleading, or forged documentation will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

3.5 Account Information Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Where a material discrepancy is identified between account information and KYC documentation, zd777 may suspend account activity pending resolution.

4.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zd777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify zd777 support immediately via live chat. zd777 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

4.3 Account Suspension & Closure. zd777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, collusion, breach of these Terms, regulatory obligation, or where continued operation of the Account presents a reputational or legal risk to zd777. In the event of closure on grounds of breach of Terms, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not been accessed for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. zd777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, after providing reasonable notice to the registered contact details on file.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zd777 accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. zd777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time, with reasonable notice provided to Players where practicable.

5.2 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from third parties into your zd777 Account, is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification. zd777 may require completion of KYC verification before processing the first withdrawal request or any withdrawal above threshold amounts determined by zd777 at its discretion. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC requirements are satisfied.

5.4 No Withdrawal Without Wagering. Bonus Funds credited to your Account cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Deposited real-money funds that remain unwagered may be withdrawn without restriction, subject to standard verification requirements.

5.5 Currency. All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on zd777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zd777 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

6.1 Promotion-Specific Terms. Each bonus, promotion, free spin offer, or cashback arrangement offered by zd777 is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, published alongside the promotion on the Platform. In the event of conflict between these General Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 25x means the Bonus Fund amount must be wagered twenty-five times). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. zd777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of zd777's promotional offers, including but not limited to: bonus stacking in a manner not intended by zd777; use of automated betting systems; collusion between players; arbitrage betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. The zd777 welcome bonus is available to new accounts only and is limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Multiple accounts registered from the same household or device will not each qualify for a new player bonus.

7.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on the zd777 Platform are subject to these Terms and the applicable rules for each specific game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game or market on which you are wagering.

7.2 Bet Finality. Once confirmed and accepted by the zd777 system, bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Bets are accepted subject to the outcome of game or market events as determined by authoritative sources, whose decision shall be final and binding.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure that affects the integrity of a game or betting market, zd777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. No compensation beyond the original stake will be payable by zd777 in such circumstances.

7.4 Palpable Errors. Where odds or payout information is displayed erroneously due to a system or human error, zd777 reserves the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, void bets placed at clearly incorrect prices. A "palpable error" includes, but is not limited to, odds that are obviously mispriced relative to the true market.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. zd777 may impose maximum single-transaction win caps on certain games or markets. Where applicable, maximum win limits are published in the game information page. No Player may claim winnings in excess of published limits arising from a single game session or bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zd777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on the zd777 Platform, whether under the same or different identities;
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity or address documentation during KYC;
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Money laundering, or using the zd777 Platform in connection with any proceeds of crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other competitive format hosted on zd777;
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures by creating a new account following voluntary or mandatory exclusion;
• Engaging in any activity intended to defraud zd777 or other players on the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where doing so is contrary to local law.

9.1 Commitment. zd777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an entertainment activity engaged in freely and within financial means. We do not want gambling on zd777 to cause harm to any player, their family, or others connected to them.

9.2 Age Restriction. The zd777 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. zd777 enforces this through KYC verification. Where there is reasonable suspicion that an Account is held by a minor, zd777 will immediately suspend the account pending verification.

9.3 Player-Initiated Limits. All zd777 account holders may set the following limits at any time through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss amounts over a defined period;
• Session Reminders: Timed notifications during gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for a minimum of 24 hours.

9.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a longer break from gambling may request self-exclusion through the zd777 Responsible Gaming page or by contacting live support. Self-exclusion periods range from six (6) months to five (5) years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, a Player's Account will be deactivated and they will not receive any marketing communications from zd777. 10.1 Ownership. All content available on the zd777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, audio, and the overall design of the Platform — is the exclusive property of zd777 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Licence to Use. zd777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of zd777.

10.3 Third-Party Providers. Game content on the zd777 Platform is provided by third-party software providers. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. Use of game content outside the Platform without the provider's authorisation is prohibited.

11.1 Service Availability. zd777 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that access to the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which zd777 will not be liable.

11.2 Exclusion of Indirect Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zd777 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if zd777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. zd777's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Player Responsibility. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk. It is each Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence. zd777 makes no representations regarding the legality of accessing the Platform from any particular jurisdiction.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zd777's international gaming license is issued. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact zd777's support team in the first instance. zd777 commits to investigating all complaints thoroughly and responding with a final decision within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a formal complaint submitted in writing via the support channels available on the Platform.

12.3 Regulatory Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through zd777's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose authority our international gaming license is issued. 13.1 Right to Amend. zd777 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, zd777 will provide reasonable advance notice to Players through one or more of the following channels: on-Platform notification, email to the registered address, or prominent display on the zd777 homepage.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the zd777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
